Constitutional Right Vs. Responsibility (Thought for the day)

I wish to begin this article with two important quotes:

“No democracy can long survive which does not accept as fundamental to its very existence the recognition of the right of minorities.”      -    Franklin D. Roosevelt
“Ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country.”
                                                                                             -          John F. Kennedy
The above two quotes are meaning the real value of democracy but at the same time on different angles such as one emphasizes Constitutional Rights and another Constitutional Responsibilities.
In many of the countries “Democracy” and “Rights” are just fancy constitutional terms in book but practically they are benefiting few people(Rich, Popular and Power) and they are just a theory for many people. It is a shame to a country that its Aboriginal people “By birth” are oppressed as minority in terms of Religion, Caste and Race and the laws are just looking at the fun. At the same time the special privileges were misused by the minority (fewer) among the minority people who are enjoying more stopping the privileges to major portion of minorities.  How a citizen “By Birth” can be treated as minority either by Religion or caste or race for oppression or getting special privileges?  Justice, Laws and privileges should be made common to everyone.  Religious freedom is fundamental right in every constitution.  But in some countries religious minorities are oppressed and tortured violently by the fewer of majority.  Even though the governments are not interested in that, they failed to suppress these activities with irony hand.
On the other hand, in many countries which give more freedom to their citizens, the minority people take more liberty and rights that they indulge in the criminal and anti-social activities which make others of the same community affected under one sign.
God only can choose the people and man can choose the religion only and not God.  Religion is not a political party to add people more for their religion. Preaching God’s commandments is wiser than preaching the religious notions. At the same time, by his own will if anybody converts himself to another religion, no one has the right to oppress him.
Mostly, we can see “Law makers are the law breakers”. Laws are enforced to common people only and are violated by the law makers, law professionals and Justices.  If Laws and Justice are common to all, why are not to them?  All they are special born or come directly from the heaven.
When we seek to enjoy the rights of the constitution, we have the responsibility to follow, obey the laws and to give our support for the development of our Nation. The shame of nation is the same to all.  The damage to Nation is the damage to all citizens. Terrorism and violence against the nation is the ferocity against all citizens. Realize and feel it.
“Open your mouth to speak on behalf of those in  need.”   (Proverbs 31: 8-9)

“Seek justice, rescue the oppressed, defend the  orphan, plead for the widow.”
(Isaiah 1:16-17)

Seek the welfare of the city, for in its welfare you will find your welfare.”
(Jeremiah 29:4-7)
